No matter where you find yourself at this moment, you always have the chance to choose again. Remembering that nothing is fixed and that you are consciously choosing your state moment to moment is key during your spiritual awakening.

I'd love to support you on your journey.

The old self concept is something that is discussed heavily in spirituality particularly within the law of assumption. It is a concept that is simple enough to be confusing. In this message I give my interpretation of the old self and discuss how you can let go of the old self concept and begin living as your desired self.

Hello, I'm Ashley. Welcome to Ashley's Light. I provide spiritual support, advice and guidance as you travel through your personal spiritual journey. You don't have to do this alone. Sometimes all you need is to be met and heard where you are while receiving guidance on how to move forward. If you're looking for help as you navigate through your current circumstances, from a spiritual perspective, someone that can fully listen and meet you where you are, I welcome you to sit with me, with presence and stillness and receive the offerings that flow from me to you.

On my channel I share messages, teachings, and guidance to assist you on your journey. It is my intention to help you create the beautiful life you deserve as you understand, heal and transform your life from the inside out.

Self worth is an inside job. Only you can determine your value, worth, self love and self respect.

When you know who you are, the external world echoes that back to you.
