The old self concept is something that is discussed heavily in spirituality particularly within the law of assumption. It is a concept that is simple enough to be confusing. In this message I give my interpretation of the old self and discuss how you can let go of the old self concept and begin living as your desired self.

Self worth is an inside job. Only you can determine your value, worth, self love and self respect.

When you know who you are, the external world echoes that back to you.

Your life experience has shaped your life story and written the theme song of your life. You have been singing a song that has unconsciously created the life that you have lived. If things in your life have been how you want them to be that means you are singing your life song in the right key. If things in your life haven't been what you desired the great news is that you have the power to change your life experience by changing the song you sing about yourself.

When you change the song that you are singing about yourself you will change how you see yourself, change how others see you, you will find your life purpose, you will build your self worth even as an adult and more.

This message helps you understand the building of a song and relates song structure to each area of your lived experience. You will also learn how rewriting your song helps you help others in their life. I also share a tip of how I use other songs to work for my benefit and you can too.

Thank you for being here. Today's message comes in form of a song that came through me in July of 2023. This song is sung in my original voice with no instrumentals. This sound frequency is intended to help you release anything that you are holding onto that no longer serves you.

Having a firm foundation and focusing on your home is the topic I discuss in this message. I talk about the 4 types of homes you should be paying attention to during this time. I also discuss doing self inventory and using your emotions as a supportive guide to feel your way into what is right for you. Relax and take a moment for yourself to receive this message. This audio recording is about a message I received while in meditation. I discuss the 2 phrases I received - Reticular Activating System and Waves of the Universe. These were phrases that I had never heard of before but when I researched them it was clear why they were sent to me.

Things may be heavy right now but they always work out in the end. If you are feeling challenges in this moment know that things can and will change.
