  • The Father Who Never Left Me
    Oct 12 2026

Some wounds come from losing someone. Others come from having someone who is still alive but was never truly there.

In this episode of Angeles The Podcast, I open up about one of the most personal parts of my story: growing up with a father who never wanted to be the father I needed.

I share what it felt like to watch other little girls experience their father’s love, protection, and presence while secretly wishing I could have that too. From rejection and abandonment to witnessing the pain my mother endured, these experiences left wounds that followed me into adulthood.

But through it all, God has been teaching me something beautiful: my earthly father may not have chosen me, but my Heavenly Father always has.

This episode is for every daughter or son who has ever questioned their worth because of a parent’s absence. For the little girl still waiting to be chosen. For the adult still healing from childhood rejection.

You are not forgotten. You are not unwanted. You are loved by a Father who will never abandon you.

“Even if my father and mother abandon me, the LORD will hold me close.” — Psalm 27:10 (NLT)

Today, I can finally say something that means so much to me:

“I am God’s little girl. I always have been.”

Let’s talk about healing, forgiveness, breaking generational cycles, and discovering our identity in the Father who never left.

    With love,
Maria Angeles 🤍

  • The Story I Had to Let Go Of
    Sep 10 2026

What happens when God asks you to let go of something that wasn’t bad, something you prayed for, built, loved, and thought would be part of your future?

In Episode 7, I’m sharing the story behind Angeles Company and why I’m learning that an ending doesn’t always mean failure. Sometimes a season has simply completed what it was meant to do.

We’ll talk about surrender, rejection, changing plans, and trusting God when the next chapter doesn’t look like the one you imagined. Through Ecclesiastes 3:1 and stories throughout Scripture, we’re reminded that people may leave, plans may change, and seasons may end, but God remains.

For a long time, I thought Angeles Company was the vision.

Now I realize it was the beginning of the vision.

    Something new is coming. 🤎

  • Jealousy, Insecurity & Healing the Heart
    Sep 9 2026

Can you forgive someone and still struggle to trust again?

In Angeles The Podcast, we’re having an honest conversation about jealousy, insecurity, broken trust, marriage restoration, comparison, and the parts of our hearts that can still hurt even after things begin to change.

We’ll talk about where insecurity comes from, the difference between forgiveness and rebuilding trust, recognizing triggers versus discernment, and why another person’s reassurance can’t always heal what God wants to address within us.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. It means no longer allowing what happened to control who you’re becoming.

“Search me, O God, and know my heart.” — Psalm 139:23 NLT

If you’re learning how to trust, forgive, love, and heal again, this conversation is for you. 🤍

  • When Everything Tries to Shake Your Faith
    Aug 30 2026

What do you do when it feels like everything is hitting at once?

Disappointment after disappointment. Praying and still waiting. Financial pressure. Problems in your family. Being misunderstood. Trying to keep going while quietly wondering, “God, how much longer?”

In this episode of Angeles The Podcast, we’re talking about what it really means to stay firm in your faith when life keeps trying to shake you.

Faith doesn’t mean pretending you’re not tired, disappointed, or struggling. Sometimes faith is simply choosing to stay close to God when you don’t understand what He’s doing.

Hebrews 10:23 reminds us: “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.”

If you’re in a season where you’re tired but still holding on, this episode is for you.

You may be shaken, but you don’t have to be moved.

  • Trusting God When the Plan Changes | Part 2
    Aug 16 2026

When God Breaks Your Plans to Build Your Purpose — Part 2: Surrendering the Life You Planned

What happens when the life you planned no longer looks the way you imagined?

In Part 2, I go deeper into what God has been teaching me through unexpected seasons, fear, surrender, motherhood, and learning to release the need for control.

There were moments when I had to face one of my greatest fears and realize that my life was completely out of my hands. I had plans for my family, my business, and my future—but God was teaching me that trusting Him means more than asking Him to bless my plans. Sometimes it means having the courage to pray, “Not my will, but Yours.”

Through my own experiences, I’ve learned that broken plans don’t mean broken purpose. Sometimes the season we think is interrupting our calling is actually preparing us for it.

This episode is a real and unfiltered conversation. There may be pauses, repeated words, emotions, or imperfect moments because I’m not here to give you a perfect performance. I’m here to share what God has placed on my heart and allow Him to lead.

If you’re in a season where you’re questioning the plan, waiting for answers, battling fear, or wondering what God is doing, this episode is for you.

Your plans may change, but God’s purpose never does.

📖 “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” — Proverbs 19:21

What happens when the life you carefully planned suddenly changes?

  • You Didn’t Lose Yourself, You Were Being Refined
    Mar 18 2026

Painful seasons have a way of making us feel like we lost who we are. The confidence we once carried feels distant. The peace we once had seems harder to find. And sometimes we begin questioning how life brought us to a place where we now carry fears, wounds, and doubts we never expected.

But what if the truth is something different?

What if you didn’t lose yourself at all?

In this episode of Angeles the Podcast, Maria explores how difficult seasons don’t erase our identity — they reveal it. Through scripture, personal testimony, and reflection, she explains how God uses trials to expose what needs healing, strengthen our character, and prepare us for the purpose ahead.

Refinement is not punishment. It is preparation.

Maria shares how painful experiences in marriage, personal struggles, and unexpected trials revealed hidden insecurities, expectations, and fears that God wanted to restore. What once felt like breaking became the process God used to rebuild something stronger.

Listeners will also be reminded that when God seems silent, He is often doing His deepest work. The trials we walk through are not wasted, they shape our faith, refine our character, and prepare us to help others who may one day walk through the same battles.

If you have ever felt like life changed you, wounded you, or made you question who you are, this episode will remind you of a powerful truth:

    You were never lost.

    God was refining you.

And the person emerging from that process carries more strength, wisdom, and purpose than the version that entered the fire.

  • The Cost of Letting Go
    Mar 12 2026

Letting go sounds simple when we talk about it, but in reality it is one of the hardest spiritual and emotional processes a person can walk through.

In this episode of Angeles the Podcast, Maria shares the deeper cost of surrender and the healing that begins when we finally release the things we have been holding onto. Whether it is control, bitterness, comparison, fear, or the need for approval, many of the things we cling to feel like protection. But often those same things become the weight that keeps us from healing.

Through personal testimony, Maria speaks honestly about the internal battles that come after betrayal and heartbreak, the struggle with insecurity, the pressure of comparison, and the temptation to control situations out of fear. She shares how God began reshaping her perspective through prayer, surrender, and a willingness to trust Him with situations she could not fix herself.

This episode also explores the hidden impact of comparison in a world shaped by social media, the freedom that comes when we stop measuring ourselves against others, and how true identity is not built on approval but on alignment with God.

Letting go is not about pretending the pain never happened. It is about releasing the weight so God can begin the deeper work of restoration.

If you have ever struggled with fear, control, resentment, or insecurity after being hurt, this episode will remind you that healing begins the moment we place those burdens back into God’s hands.

    Scriptures referenced in this episode:

    Proverbs 4:23

    2 Timothy 1:7

    Hebrews 12:15

    2 Corinthians 10:12

    Hebrews 12:1

    Isaiah 43:18–19

Letting go may feel like losing something you held tightly.

But sometimes the very thing you release is the thing that finally sets you free.

In the next episode, we continue the conversation with a powerful reminder:

You Didn’t Lose Yourself, You Were Being Refined.
