Week one felt fairly easy and went by quickly so that was good! Some challenges existed with working out as I need to work out outside and the heat was crazy! This led to lots of late night workouts and walks taken after dinner to complete my step count daily. Learning to be flexible seems to be a theme that will hold up through the challenge more than likely. A trip to the airport at an ungodly hour, a date day, and a holiday all threw some wrenches into the mix but I was able to navigate them successfully.
