    The Year of Restoration was a year to remember. When it first started I honestly thought this year would be one of the best of my life. But as you will hear that was not how this panned out. As promised here are the definitions I use for restoration: Restoration is the state or fact of being restored. The act of restoring; renewal, revival, or reestablishment. A return of something to a former, original, normal, or unimpaired condition. Putting back into a former position, dignity, etc. A Biblical Perspective: The Biblical perspective of health and wellness is a message about the Master Restorer working relentlessly to make man whole and restore him—not just spiritually, but emotionally, mentally, and physically. Mankind is invited to participate in God’s work of restoration by choosing life (Deuteronomy 30:19) and cooperating with Him who provides everything needed for life and godliness (Exodus 15:26; 2 Peter 1:3). Restoration can look like this: 1. Replace: God replaces our hearts of stone with hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26). 2. Renew: Through focusing on the Bible, we can renew our minds continually (Romans 12:2). 3. Revive: We are given new, everlasting life through the resurrection of Christ (Romans 6:4). 4. Return: Through the saving work of Jesus on the cross, we are reconciled to God (Romans 5:10). In this week's episode, we talk about practical tips that I have used to set and attain goals, even in the pandemic. This year can still be your year; you still have time to achieve the things you wanted to at the beginning of the year, make sure you have a plan. Set actual goals and write them down somewhere.
