Its really nice for such a short listen

Some have criticized this title on information not being thorough, or too shallow. Please allow me to remind you that this after all is JUST a thirty-minute listen. That is all. A thirty-minute listen for a topic that is immensely deep and researched. If you are coming to this expecting to hear all the latest, and deepest research and all tips related to this extensive topic, then this is not for you.
For a 1 hour and a half workout, this was perfect. I put it while I did my workout, and had to keep rewinding when I had to concentrate on my workout. So with all the rewinding, this was perfect.
Of course, this is no "Never Split the Difference", but it was a really good listen for a 30minture listen. If you have listened to this topic extensively, and have read thoroughly on this topic, then, yeah, skip it. Otherwise, go for a jog or workout while listening to this, Its good for how long it lasts.

Really short, narration is rushed

While the content is good, I’ve heard it before and in much more detail. This just briefly touched upon a few, like 3, negotiation topics and explained them very, very briefly. The narration was almost one long sentence for about 30 minutes.
