Great Meditations

Any additional comments?

Loved the book, and the meditations were amazing. I have done them a few times and have caught myself feeling the effects of them days later when i wasn't even thinking about it. I wish his meditation sections were a tad bit slower though...I felt very rushed.

Very good!

It's a great hands in solution based book. But you just have to take the time to listen and do as told (so u can't really listen to it while driving...for you need to follow the instructions for it to have an impact on you). If you do follow the instructions though, you're very likely to see an improvement in your symptoms. I recommend it. I think the author reading the book is pretty cool, but this one comes off as a little monotone. Not terrible, but can be better.

Amazing!

What made the experience of listening to The Fear and Anxiety Solution the most enjoyable?

This audio book has great techniques. Very helpful.

What did you like best about this story?

The narrator was excellent.

This is one of the most helpful audio books I have purchased yet. It actually worked for me. I know it may not be great for everyone (that's why there are so many different books out there). I've had my motorcycle license for 3 years and would have anxiety any time I tried to ride. I never went past my road. This past weekend I went on a 100 mile ride and it was amazing! I was still a bit nervous. I didn't hyperventilate or try to run and make excuses why I couldn't go. I am SO grateful for this book!

Truly helpful and excellent

U need to put aside time to do this is a quiet space otherwise you will not be able to carry out n internalise some of the most important exercises. This book is really really really useful. Thank you so much to the author! 😘 😘 😘

Feeling free from fear and anxiety

I have only listened to the meditations once from this book; however I'm already feeling less fearful and anxious.
