Definitely NOT What I Expected... Even BETTER!
I thought this was going to be just another cheesy PD book but a woman that I network with recommended it so I thought I would give it a try. It was so much MORE! While it may be full of gouda from time to time, the author pulls you in with her charm and wit and keeps you listening with relatable stories, and completely doable changes to improve your health, mind, body, and soul. Cara Alwill Leyba's Champagne Diet is a brilliant and fun book that can be used as a guide to making the necessary changes to revealing the happier and healthier you, that you have been missing! Give it a listen!

A must read
This book is for those who have a tough relationship with food and have been struggling with the “perfect image”. Cara talks about the emotional and mental struggle with food and how it affects our perspective. By focusing on my relationship with food and how it makes me feel has been a real eye opener. I allow myself to eat what I want without feeling guilty. This book isn’t a quick fix. It’s going to take some self work, but overall I feel so much better about myself and proud to say I am down 10 pounds.
