It has been acknowledged for centuries as the cornerstone of spiritual awakening in all traditions of Eastern thought. In the West, however, it is still a relatively unrecognized concept for living. Not suited to audio
I really like the idea behind this book but I recommend buying a readable version. A lot of time is given to reading out 30-day programs that you need to see written because you only complete them one day at a time. Also there are a lot of URLs that are way too long to remember.
The author does not give much personal insight into her experiences of taking the challenges but refers the listener to her blog a few times for more detail.
