Disappointing

First 47 minutes were stories on why forgiveness is important. Last 10 minutes were a meditation. Not very helpful if you want true exercises on how to forgive. Reader is very soft spoken and I fell asleep the first two times I tried to listen. Had to be standing up in order to get threw it.

"You will see it when you believe it."

Only with practice my realization developed. A Course in Miracles reference that we always have to forgive someone. These practices by Jack Kornfield is necessary and sufficient to stay on the path of forgiveness. You will only realise it when you do it.
