Basic common sense

Nothing very special. A slogan and a good piece of advise. If you are looking for a method or serious guideline try something else.

It's only 30 minutes, and it's free.

This book is like one segment of How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie... but it's still worth a listen because Repetition builds muscle.
And seriously... It'll only take up 15m of your time on 2x. Love ya Chris, keep prospering brother.

Basically Only one suggestion but explained in detail. With examples, how to, and why.

Good quick read.

Was hoping for less fluff

The length of this audible if 45 minutes... By the 15 minute mark, it became apparent that this guy is just talking... Maybe it got better at the end. Doubt it .

A simple, reasonable guideline that will enable anyone to become well acquainted with someone he or she has just met.

Widener has a simple solution, that begins with the reminder that you don’t need to be afraid to speak up to someone you meet. First ask questions that the person might want to answer, about their trip, life, etc. You ask questions until you find a connection connection with them you can share.

Lame Gimmicks for Sociopaths

Most of that which is advised would have me seeking escape. Silence is golden! Would hate to be trapped on a flight with him. All of a sudden I have a fear of flying.
