Calm down

Lovely meditation.... So calming for my body, mind and spirit. The suggestion to expand this calm place to all sentient beings is awesome.

Sounds True, Tara Brach or Audible. Whoever is responsible for the relentless pop up prompts on MY app, please stop. I’ve written reviews, bought products, and even tried calling audible. Stop, stop, stop.
