Calm down

Lovely meditation.... So calming for my body, mind and spirit. The suggestion to expand this calm place to all sentient beings is awesome.

"You are your own Master. You are your own refuge. Who else could be your refuge?" - The Buddha. Dr Brach boils this down into an amazing, concise 17 minutes exercise. Survival in today's World? A pandemic, a War, Economic Meltdown? Psychology, Your Mind is you most important Survival tool. Tara Brach's other books are just as Amazing.
