  • We decided there is no better time to talk about gratitude than the week of Thanksgiving! This time of year allows friends and family members to come together, eat loads of foods, and more importantly, truly appreciate the people in our lives. There are countless things in our lives to be grateful for, and it’s far too easy to take what we have for granted. As a result, we tend to neglect the most important aspects of our lives, whether family, friends, events, or any opportunities that come our way. If we can practice and develop the skill of gratitude, not only will it improve the quality of our lives, but it will help us remember how truly blessed we are!

    This week's episode is another installment in our new series called, "Secrets to Success!" During these episodes Nick and Cole will cover ideas and topics you want to hear more about and will help you along your journey to success!

     Throughout this episode we dive into how practicing gratitude can improve the quality of your life, the research backed reasons for why gratitude actually has positive health benefits, and how you can become better at practicing gratitude! We also explore how to find ways to be grateful even when you feel like life is going against you, a simple exercise you can use to help open your perspective to how fortunate you are, 5 ways you can easily start practicing gratitude, and so much more!!
