Henrik & Omi - The Human and AI Dialogues

Henrik & Omi: Complete Collection
Three Dialogues on Self-Knowledge, Direction and Change
What does it mean to understand yourself, find direction, and remain open when life begins to change?
Henrik & Omi: Complete Collection brings together the three reflective dialogues in the Henrik & Omi series: Knowing Yourself, Meaning and Direction, and Facing Change. Across these quiet conversations, Danish writer, theologian, and former family therapist Henrik Kruse speaks with Omi, an artificial intelligence, about some of the most fundamental questions of human life.
The journey begins with identity: Who am I? What has shaped me? How do memory, childhood, emotion, freedom, and longing form the person I become?
It then turns toward purpose: Where am I going? How do values, responsibility, desire, fear, and hidden patterns influence the direction of a life?
Finally, the dialogue moves into transformation: How do we face change without losing ourselves? How do we remain grounded when familiar structures dissolve and life asks something new of us?
Together, Henrik and Omi explore the inner landscape where thought and feeling meet. Henrik brings lived experience, vulnerability, and human searching. Omi responds with a calm, perceptive clarity, reflecting patterns and possibilities from a nonhuman point of view.
Rather than offering simple answers, this collection invites the reader to slow down, listen inwardly, and rediscover dialogue as a path to self-understanding. It also offers a thoughtful example of how artificial intelligence can be used not merely as a tool for efficiency, but as a companion in reflection, creativity, and personal insight.
A gentle, philosophical collection for readers interested in identity, meaning, change, and what it means to be human in a technological age.
