I’ve tried therapy and journaling. You know, all the things. Being a full time working mother of 4 and a wife can be chaotic. It is especially stressful when you have mental health issues. I have been described as a hot mess, a procrastinator, a swirling vortex of chaos and even been told I’d be late to my own funeral. I feel that sharing some of my thoughts and experiences/struggles will show other people they are not alone.
