Storia0
In a quiet corner of Argyll, tucked between the hills and the heather, lived a small and curious Highland cow named Molly.Molly was not like the other coos. Oh, she had the same shaggy ginger coat and the same proud little horns, but Molly had something else too: a nose for adventure and a head full of questions. She lived near a loch—that’s a Scottish lake—where the water winked in the sunlight, and the air always smelled faintly of pinecones, porridge, and wild stories waiting to be discovered. Each morning, as the mist curled low over the fields, Molly would poke her head out of the ...

One of the things that drives John W. Kennedy the craziest and increases his personal cynicism is the fact that we do not communicate anymore. This sounds odd in a world full of communication devices, but 'talking at' is not 'talking with' others. We always look to find someone to blame instead of listening and trying to understand another's POV. Most of the time, blame is never the answer needed to act, but something to deal with after the solution is found.

In 1938, British statesman and soon-to-be Prime Minister Winston Churchill published his book Arms and the Covenant. It was published three months later in the US under the title While England Slept. In 1940, future President John F. Kennedy, who was a senior at Harvard University, wrote his dissertation, criticizing Churchill’s harsh blame of England’s leaders, even drawing comparisons between England and the United States for its own similar lack of preparedness against the totalitarian Nazi regime. Responding to Churchill's title, Kennedy named his book, Why England Slept.

On October 22, 1962, President John F. Kennedy gave a televised address informing the American public that the Soviet Union had installed missiles in Cuba. Kennedy announced a US naval blockade around the island to prevent further delivery of such weapons, essentially declaring that any missile launched from Cuba against the Western Hemisphere would be considered an attack by the Soviet Union, and would prompt a full US retaliatory response. Kennedy demanded the removal of the missiles from Cuba and warned of serious consequences if the Soviets did not comply.

On November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy made a speech to the Fort Worth, Texas, Chamber of Commerce; he was assassinated later that afternoon. Kennedy had traveled to the state to unite Texas Democrats where party leaders were feuding and extremists were contributing to political tensions. Kennedy knew an intra-party feud in Texas could jeopardize his chances of carrying the state for his 1964 re-election campaign.

President John F. Kennedy gave his "Ich bin ein Berliner" speech on June 26, 1963, in West Berlin. It is one of the best-known speeches of the Cold War, and among the most famous anti-communist speeches. Twenty-two months earlier, East Germany had erected the Berlin Wall to prevent mass emigration to West Berlin. The speech was aimed as much at the Soviet Union as it was at West Berliners. The speech is considered one of Kennedy's finest, delivered at the height of the Cold War and the New Frontier.

John Kennedy Toole was an American novelist, soldier, and professor who won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1981. Toole wrote the novel The League of Fools in 1969. The novel was published in 1980, eleven years after Toole's suicide, and earned the late author the Pulitzer Prize. The story begins with a simple image. A boy sitting on a train, whose destination the reader knows neither, nor the reason for the journey. Even in that first chapter, we do not get detailed information about the boy, but only through the feelings and emotions he expresses, we understand his seemingly calm and ...
