I just decided that I’m going to use my podcast as a diary for the next few months. As I prepare for, have, and recover from open heart surgery. I’m grateful for life. I’m grateful that we caught this. I’m grateful that I get to go through this and have every confidence and faith that I’m going to be okay. I’m looking forward to that. As I get there I still have work to do. I will continue to do that work, speaking life, writing life, and living life.

Imagine finding one safe space, that you begin to give access to, that you feel comfortable in, and finally letting down your guard to maybe trust again.
