This is a podcast discussing mental health and its a subject very important to me as I myself am battling with my own mental health.

Let's 'Smash It' when it comes to the stigma about not talking about how we really feel.

Each episode a special guest will share their own battle and we can all listen and see if we can learn something from it.

Person-al Battles is a podcast about the human spirit and even when its down, broken and looks defeated in battle, it can pick itself back up, keep fighting and keep moving froward.
