This week, I’ll be speaking about the anxiety we hold inside. In full transparency, I once suffered from panic attacks. I had no idea where they came from, how they started, or why I was having to do deal with them. I didn’t feel stressed and I didn’t feel as if anything was out of my control, but those thoughts aren’t necessarily reality, right?
Today, I want to discuss the myths, causes, some triggers and then some methods to manage our anxiety. But first, I want to define anxiety. Anxiety is our body’s natural response to stress. And how we manage our everyday stress will directly affect how we manage anxiety.

If you’re not in tune with your body and know when you’re experiencing a anxiety attack, I provide some symptoms which should be considered as you begin to monitor yourself.
