Want to net your first $100,000 in real estate? Start with the mindset behind a profitable business.

In Part 1 of this five-part workshop, I walk through five reasons to love real estate, six myths that can hold agents back, and how to turn your big why into action. Whether this is your first year or your first time pursuing that goal, the work starts here.

We cover:
• Earning freedom and flexibility by creating structure
• Planning for the cost of building a business
• Getting started before you know everything
• Advising clients, building your network and staying useful
• Building business systems while your business is small
• Connecting long-term goals to what you do today

I'm Rick Bosley. I run The Bosley Team and help Realtors build better, more profitable businesses.
