She is the founder of Niyo, a group of multi-award-winning companies spanning Niyo Hair & Beauty, a tech-driven Afro hair and beauty ecosystem serving 1,000+ clients while accrediting hairstylists through its academy, and Niyo Labs, which has trained 1,000 Black women as full-stack developers, data engineers, and VR/AR engineers, many now working at companies like KPMG.

She has spoken at Women in Tech Festival, Vodafone UK, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse, and holds honours including Barclays Entrepreneur of the Year and Female Innovator of the Year.

Oyinkansola is passionate about using technology to turn opportunity into reality for Black women worldwide.

With six years of experience in investment banking, Joys Alabi is a strategy and finance professional who has advised businesses and investors on complex transactions, strategic decision-making, and long-term growth opportunities.

Her expertise spans commercial analysis, financial modelling, market research, investor readiness, and crafting compelling business narratives that help companies communicate their value with clarity and confidence.

Beyond investment banking, she works closely with selected founders and growing businesses, providing strategic support across fundraising preparation, commercial strategy, growth planning, market and competitor analysis, and fractional Strategy and Chief of Staff engagements.
