People Theory is a podcast about Mental Health. We will be bringing guest to tell their stories and share their experiences with us. Our goal is by discussing peoples trauma is that it will help someone else who may be struggling. We will be covering topics on wellness, self-care, mental illness, and coping strategies. About me, My name is Samson and I grew up below the poverty line with a father that unfortunately had a drug addiction and suffered from most likely with a sever case of Bipolar disorder. As a result my life growing up was rocky and My sister and I went though a lot. I can relate to a traumatic child hood and this podcast has become a passion project for me. I want to help people not feel so alone in a world of full of normal people.
