This podcast was born because I believe that there will come a time when you won't be able to help it ... you're going to crave to be heard, seen, witnessed, and understood.

You're going to want to roar at your current life and say "enough". You're going to want to be freaking happy!

And navigating the process of change is messy. Yet it can be beautiful in its crazy and magical in its transformative power.

It's liberating when you know you are not alone!

We merge spirituality and grounded action.

My mission is simple. To remind you of who YOU are, look at what patterns of choice are holding you back, and move you to express your most authentic Self.

    Before you look toward where you are going, let’s take a moment and acknowledge where you have been.

    As we move from autumn, who showed us our shadow so powerfully, winter for me symbolizes a time to integrate what was uncovered.

    Autumn is deceptively busy. If you have not taken the time to examine the life situations and what triggered you in the last few months, you are entering a time in winter where you can have the luxury to slow down, recall and unpack your experiences.

    What do you need to see?

    As you wrap up the bristle and bustle of autumn for the holiday season, allow for the quiet, the silence … the pause needed to make a different choice in the moment. To turn away from your shadow and towards true Self.

    So the question is - > how do you process your sh*t?

    How will you plan your downtime and your integration time?

    As we approach the winter solstice, how can you define what wintering means for you?

    What do you need to do in the next 3 winter months so that you can emerge rejuvenated and renewed in time for spring?

    Sometimes you simply don’t have access to gratitude ... you can only access something else. 

    Too often we talk ourselves into feeling worst about ourselves: 

    ▷ because we force ourselves to think of what to write in our gratitude journal

    ▷ we are not grateful for the kind gestures people do for us, or

    ▷ can’t seem to be grateful for the small and big conveniences in our lives.

    We can then spiral into feelings of shame, not good enough for our spiritual practice, or guilt.  

    So let’s unpack what’s really happening underneath the surface.

    Communicating the truth of our hearts does not always mean saying nice things. The real test is how you share from your most authentic place when you have something difficult to express.   There is no area more tender than communicating difficult truths and life lessons with your children.   In this episode, we are diving into the world of conscious parenting with my guest Andréanne Lefebvre Legault of Co Presence Coaching. It’s a conversation about what we can do in moments of conflict with our kids and still remain conscious, and in the frequency of respect for our kids and self-love for all involved.   I’m so excited for you to dive into the conversations. It’s a mix of spirituality, science, and practical techniques you can use right away.
