James Alberson is a City of Renton Council member, a long-time resident of Renton, and the owner of Top Tier Training & Development. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Renton Chamber of Commerce for nine years and during this time, he has become familiar with many businesses in Renton. James has built strong connections with important individuals from the city, Renton School District, and representatives of organizations that have a significant impact on Renton's ongoing progress. He shares his journey of being an entrepreneur, his belief in fair wages, and why he thinks that Initiative 23-02 will be harmful to the future prosperity of Renton's residents and businesses.
