A proposito di questo titolo
You love your students. You believe in this work. But somewhere between the lesson plans, the meetings, and everything else on your plate, you stopped showing up for yourself, and you're tired in a way a weekend off never quite fixes. That has a name here: Teacher Brain. It's not a flaw, it's what happens when your mind has been running on survival mode for way too long. Educate & Rejuvenate is the podcast that helps you understand what's actually going on underneath the burnout, so you can educate AND rejuvenate, not just one or the other. This podcast is here as a retreat for your Teacher Brain. Host Kelsey Sorenson is a former teacher turned certified life coach who left the classroom looking for relief and found out the burnout followed her anyway, until she learned to work with her mind instead of against it. This show is for teachers, and any educator raising or homeschooling kids, who want to be present at school and present at home, without waiting until summer to feel like themselves again. • How I Backed Up 1,500 TPT Purchases Using Claude AI
    Oct 30 2026

Worried about what happens to your Teachers Pay Teachers purchases? Get my free TPT Backup Toolbox (the Claude skill, the prompt, and a step-by-step guide) here: https://educateandrejuvenate.com/op/free-resource-backup-toolbox/

You may also want to visit this episode on YouTube, since there are a lot of visuals in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fk5en4FYQ6Q

If your purchases are sitting in My Purchases on TPT, you are not guaranteed access to those files forever. After the recent TPT seller changes, a lot of teachers are asking, “What happens to my purchases?” In this video I show you how I backed up almost 1,500 TPT purchases to Google Drive using Claude. It took about 20 minutes to set up. Then I walked away and made dinner.

👉 Grab the free toolbox so you can follow along: https://educateandrejuvenate.com/op/free-resource-backup-toolbox/

    In this video, you’ll learn:

    • Why backing up your TPT purchases matters right now (and why it has always been smart)
    • What TPT’s terms say about whose responsibility it is to back up your files
    • What you need before you start: Claude Pro, the Claude Chrome extension, and Google Drive for desktop
    • How to point your Chrome downloads straight into a Google Drive folder
    • How to upload the skill to Claude and let it click download on every purchase for you
    • How to check that everything made it into your Drive, and what won’t download (Google files and gift cards)

You don’t need to be techy for this. If you have under 100 purchases, it may be faster to just click download yourself. If you have hundreds or thousands like I do, this is worth the setup. It took Claude about an hour and a half to do what would have taken me around three hours by hand.

  • Why Teachers Struggle to Say No (And Why Scripts Don’t Work)
    Oct 16 2026

You know you need better boundaries at school. You saved the Instagram posts with "10 ways to say no," practiced the scripts in front of the mirror, and promised yourself you wouldn't take on extra duties. Yet when the moment comes, your mind freezes, or worse, you actually say "no" and then spend the rest of the day drowning in teacher guilt.

In Part 3 of our 5-part Teacher Boundary Series, Kelsey gets vulnerable and shares a deeply personal story about a time when she literally could not get the words out to say no, and why no script in the world could have saved her. Discover how to navigate teacher anxiety, why scripts act like pressing the gas pedal while your underlying beliefs are slamming on the brakes, and how true teacher self care starts from the inside out.
