A proposito di questo titolo
Trying harder won’t bring you closer to orgasm. Thinking your way into pleasure doesn’t work either.
In this one, I explain why willpower is the wrong access point for women's pleasure and orgasm....and how mental effort often creates tension, pressure, and shutdown in the body.
Many women have been taught to focus, push, concentrate, or “get there” using the mind. But orgasm isn’t a mental achievement. It’s a biological response that depends on nervous system regulation and internal safety.
Pleasure turns on when the body stays online....when attention drops into sensation instead of performance or thought. This episode introduces a new orientation to pleasure: one that replaces effort with understanding and pressure with presence. Ayeeee! :)
You don’t need to try harder. You need the right internal conditions.
