A proposito di questo titolo
Problems often feel overwhelming - not because they are unsolvable, but because we try to deal with them in a panicked state.
In this episode, we talk about how to deal with problems in life by understanding whether the problem belongs to the present or the past. When a problem exists in the present, the first step is not action, but observation. Acting in haste or fear often leads to wrong decisions. Just like fixing a broken car, understanding the root cause is more important than rushing for a solution.
For past problems, this episode explains why going back again and again does not help. Once a situation has passed, the only way forward is acceptance - followed by learning from the experience so it doesn’t repeat itself.
We also discuss the importance of deep breathing when you feel overwhelmed or anxious. Calming the body helps calm the mind, improves clarity, and allows you to think rationally. Any decision made in panic is likely to be incorrect.
This episode is about slowing down, understanding the situation clearly, and responding with awareness instead of reacting with fear.
