A proposito di questo titolo
You’re flat out. Phones ringing. Ads running. New leads coming in.
And somehow you’re still stressed, capped, and nowhere near real scale.
This episode is for the tradie addicted to new jobs but bleeding money behind the scenes.
If your whole growth plan is “get more leads,” you’ve already lost.
You don’t have a lead problem.
You’ve got a leaking bucket.
I break down the biggest lie in trades: that more work fixes broken businesses. It doesn’t. It just hides the cracks while you burn cash, time, and sanity.
I share the scar story most tradies don’t want to admit:
Growing fast on new jobs only.
No follow-up.
No repeat.
No protection.
Just constant churn and pressure.
Then I lay out the only system that actually scales — without fancy tech, without more ads, without selling your soul.
Three rules. That’s it.
First, you fix the bucket. Keep the clients you already paid for. Finished jobs with zero follow-up is money thrown straight in the bin. New leads don’t fix leaks.
Second, you bake repeat into the offer. Stop believing trades are “one-and-done.” Repeat isn’t sold harder — it’s designed. Free isn’t free. It’s planned.
Third, you protect the relationship. If your whole business relies on one contact, you’re one resignation away from losing everything. Scale survives because relationships are defended, not assumed.
This is how businesses break past ceilings.
This is how stress drops while revenue climbs.
This is how $10M businesses are built — boring, disciplined, and ruthless about retention.
If this made you uncomfortable, good. That’s where the money is.
If this hit home, share it with a tradie who needs the truth.
