Today we’re in (Part 3) of a series that dives into the “Why Can’t I Lose Weight: What’s My Body Type?”

In Part One, Podcast #70, we discussed the 3 different body types: ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph.

In Part Two, Podcast #71, we discussed how to determine which body type you are and how to train and eat for your body type.

This week, we’re going to discuss body types according to the 4 organ systems of the body.

The Adrenal body type is the most common, and it has a sagging belly, buffalo hump on the back and a rounded face. Excess cortisol is the cause of most of the issues.

The Thyroid body type gains weight all over, has hair loss and loose skin, outside eyebrows falling out, dry skin, and they crave alcohol, bread, pancakes and waffles. Too much estrogen, heavy periods, the environment, or a lack of digestive gallbladder release may be the culprits.
