Astri Kimball Van Dyke is a lawyer and policy strategist working at the intersection of government, technology, and artificial intelligence. Her career has taken her from the White House and federal government to Google and, more recently, to policy work supporting a U.S. congressional office.
She previously served as deputy counsel to Joe Biden during his vice presidency and later became Senior Counsel at Google, giving her firsthand experience on both sides of the technology-policy debate. Today, her work focuses on helping lawmakers understand the fast-moving challenges of AI, regulation, and innovation.
With degrees from Princeton University and NYU School of Law, Astri Kimball Van Dyke represents a new generation of policy leaders trying to answer one of the country’s biggest questions: how should government govern the technologies reshaping everyday life?
