Cocktail Recipe: 1837
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Old Forester 100 Bourbon
- 1 oz TWR Banana Blend (or banana liqueur)
- 0.5 oz Golden Falernum
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon smoke (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Glass: Chill an Old Fashioned glass by filling it with ice water.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing glass, combine the Old Forester 100 Bourbon, TWR Banana Blend, Golden Falernum, and ground cinnamon.
- Add Ice: Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain: Discard the ice water from your chilled Old Fashioned glass. Strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish: For the cinnamon smoke, you can use a smoking gun or a piece of cinnamon stick to create smoke and capture it in the glass briefly before serving.
- Serve: Enjoy your aggressive and smoky 837 cocktail!
