It was a cold and stormy night when 9 year old Asha Degree left her home in the early hours on February 14, 2000. She was seen by several witnesses to be walking down Highway 18, but when one Good Samaritan tried to talk to her she ran into the woods to never be seen from again. Now, nearing the 23rd anniversary of her disappearance, law enforcement still has not had any clear leads on where Asha is. No one knows why Asha left her home that night. Will we ever find out?

If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Asha Degree, please contact the Cleveland County Sheriff's department at 704-484-4822 or the NC FBI office at 704-672-6100.
