25 years later, we still remember exactly where we were on September 11, 2001.
In this episode of Real as Possible, Nicole and Ashley look back on their own memories of 9/11, what it felt like to experience that day as teenagers, and how it changed the way they saw the world. They also talk about visiting the 9/11 Memorial, the stories of victims and first responders, and the countless ways that day continued to affect people long after September 11th was over.
But this conversation isn't only about remembering the tragedy. It's also about remembering what happened afterward—the courage, sacrifice, compassion, and unity that brought people together.
