Violet meets her new roommate, Harlean Beaumont, a Reno “regular” whose brazen personality clashes with Violet’s conservative values. Wilma and her son Lonny adjust to the personal and professional changes in their relationship created by the death of her husband, John. Upon meeting with her lawyer, Violet is shocked to learn about her husband's secrets which may affect the outcome of their divorce.
