    My co-host for this episode is Silvana Ground. Silvana has had to overcome a few obstacles since leaving high-school to get to where she is now, as a manager of an F45 gym in Hamilton. Silvana was set on joining the army after high school, but due to an ongoing injury, she had to change these plans twice. In this conversation, she talks about this experience and how she pivoted her plans to make the most out of the situation, which included becoming a personal trainer and going straight into work.
