Show Title: When You Continue To Rise, You Powerfully Live Full Out
Episode: 2026.12.34
The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to take on challenges with your head held high so that you can truly rise above them. Maybe you’ve had a hard time making friends throughout your life, and you're starting to give up hope. Perhaps you’ve faced issues at work with coworkers and feel defeated and unmotivated. Join Nancy as she discusses the importance of asking for help and creating tangible goals amidst tough situations.
Our first caller, Ruth, asks how she can balance her social life with her many workplace and professional goals. Nancy advises her to create a vision board with everything she wants to do so that she can stay organized yet still have fun with her friends. Making time to journal about every aspect of your life to decipher your priorities is key to finding a healthy work-life balance. Tune in to discover how looking at the bigger picture can give you the confidence to get past any situation.
Our inspirational guest, Chelsey Peat, understands that our differences are what make us unique, and has fully accepted hers. She was born with a birthmark running halfway down her face, causing strangers to stare at her all throughout her life. Chelsey was heartbroken when her peers started bullying her in elementary school, and was shocked upon finding out she was pregnant at just 18. Her health got even worse after her type 2 diabetes diagnosis, and she had to “relearn” how to take care of herself. Tune in to discover the big decision Chelsey made after her parents got a divorce.
Perhaps you’re feeling defeated after something at work goes amiss, or you’re having a hard time meeting your personal goals. Try to remember that everyone is always going through something, even if their struggle is not visible. Comparing yourself to others will only make you feel more upset, so push through your hardships by leaning on others to Live Full Out.
