He still wants closeness. So why is he pulling away?

In this episode of Spicy Spectrum, I’m joined by Gaylen Wilson, a heart transplant survivor, relationship author and erectile dysfunction advocate, to explore what men may struggle to say when their bodies stop responding as expected.

We discuss erectile dysfunction, shame, performance anxiety and emotional intimacy, including why a partner may interpret distance as rejection while a man fears disappointing someone he loves.

Gaylen shares insights from years of supporting men and partners in ED communities, and we explore how couples can communicate more openly and build connection beyond the pressure to perform.

Desire and physical response do not always tell the same story. Understanding that difference can open a conversation that silence has kept closed.
