A proposito di questo titolo
In this conversation, we get honest about fear, creation, and what actually keeps so many of us from living the lives we say we want.
We start with one-word intentions for the year ahead and how both of us landed on peace—not as a bypass or a spiritual slogan, but as a real, lived frequency. From there, we move into Gene Keys, somatics, old identity patterns, and the very human ways fear shows up when we’re standing on the edge of what is next.
This is not a “how to conquer fear” conversation. It is a real-time exploration of how we navigate fear in our own lives, bodies, relationships, and creative work.
What We Talk About
- Why fear is less of a problem to fix and more of a teacher to listen to
- How our Gene Keys profiles reveal the shadows and gifts we keep circling back to
- What peace actually means to each of us, and why peace can feel more vulnerable than struggle
- How somatic work and attachment science have shifted the way we meet fear and transition
- The subtle ways we catastrophize and spin out, and how to come back to presence
- Why we resist the very changes we say we want—especially when they threaten old roles and identities
- The pull to stay in victimhood versus choosing to become a creator of our own life
- The cost of caring what other people think, and why the opinions that scare us most are usually from those closest to us
- How childhood roles (caretaker, fixer, over-responsible one) quietly shape our patterns around creation and control
- Simple, realistic ways to start creating again when you feel stuck, flat, or afraid to begin
We also share personal stories—from breathwork and retreat spaces to business pauses, food patterns, and moments where we have both felt like victims in our own lives—and how those experiences are still teaching us to trust, grow up spiritually, and keep choosing the path of creation.
If You’re New Here
If you’re in a season of asking “What am I really doing with my life?” or “Why does fear feel so loud right now?” this episode is meant to sit with you there. Our intention is not to give you a five-step plan, but to offer language, perspective, and companionship as you walk your own edge between consuming life and actively creating it.
