What if you stopped making yourself earn the right to rest, enjoy your life, and take care of yourself?
In this episode of Unbound And Becoming, I’m talking about what it means to truly pour into yourself—not just when you’re exhausted or when everything else is taken care of, but as a regular part of your life.
We’ll talk about giving yourself permission to rest before you reach your breaking point, enjoying the life you have right now instead of always waiting for “someday,” and recognizing the difference between caring for yourself and simply recovering from constantly running yourself down.
Sometimes taking care of yourself also means being honest about what you actually have the capacity for instead of constantly judging yourself for what you can’t do.
You don’t have to earn care. You’re allowed to give some of it back to yourself, too.
Question of the day:
What is one small thing you can give yourself this week without having to earn it first?
