Rest isn't a reward for finishing everything. There will always be more to do, which means there will always be an excuse not to rest.In this episode, Jack, Sarah, Drew, and producer Noah dig into what real, biblical rest looks like, working through Ephesians 3 and the true purpose of the Sabbath. Plus, they answer a listener's question about dinosaurs surviving the flood.Scripture: Ephesians 3:14-19 | Mark 2:27 | Galatians | Job (behemoth and leviathan)In this episode:• Paul's prayer in Ephesians 3, and what it means for Christ to have a home in your heart• Why rest is spiritual before it's ever physical• The difference between things that are peaceful and things that are actually restful• Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath• Why burnout happens even to believers who are doing all the right things• A story about picking up a stranger on the side of the road, and what God taught through it
