The first thing that struck me about Brock Ashby was the way he spoke about his wife and children. You can tell when a man means it. That made me curious about the business behind their life. Brock had spent years working from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. to build his coaching career. He had the drive. He was good at what he did. And before he became a father, he made a decision about the kind of man he wanted his children to know. What does it take to build with that much ambition and still be there for the people you love?
