Two lifelong friends. Two continents. One conversation about what midlife really looks like.

Well, Hello! is a weekly podcast hosted by lifelong friends Morgan and Sass, two London-born Gen Xers who have known each other since they were eleven years old.

Born in 1973 and raised on a steady diet of Brat Pack movies, Madonna, mixtapes, and Blockbuster Video, they now find themselves navigating midlife from opposite sides of the Atlantic. Morgan lives in the United States. Sass remains in London. Their friendship has survived decades of life changes, evolving technology, career pivots, marriages, losses, reinventions, and everything in between.

Every week, they sit down for an honest, funny, and thoughtful conversation about what it means to be in midlife today.

Midlife. Friendship. Reinvention. Across two continents.

Because the most interesting conversations start with "Well, hello..."

Drop a 😂 if you’ve felt this way!
This week, it's a drama-free zone - no surprises, no chaos, just peace. But honestly, I kinda miss the chaos sometimes, right? It’s like those wild stories remind us we’re still alive, still kicking.

But here’s the real question - do men really have it easier when it comes to aging? Or is that just a myth we buy into? Tag your favorite silver fox, and let’s start the debate!

Maybe it’s time we embrace our “Grade II listed” bodies - still worth renovating, still full of stories!
