Eugene is quite fond of what his neighbors are up to, but one in particular has caught his attention. Peeking through his window, he notices Cliff, who lives across the way, is the talkative one of the bunch. After finding some old gadgets a colleague gave him, Eugene sneakily wiretaps into Cliff’s conversation and discovers who he can’t stop talking to; his best friend, Lantz.
