My little sister always stays with us instead of in a hotel when she visits. That's perfectly fine, but when she's here, we usually end up going to expensive restaurants. She always conveniently lets us pay for her meals. She has implied that since I make more money than her, I should be the one to pay. I told her that wasn't fair and I am not her parents nor her man and I'm not responsible for her meals. I also told her next time we go out, she's paying for ours too! She smirked and said, "yeah right! You're my big sister. You wouldn't do that to me."

So she was here last month and we went to a great restaurant. She got up to go to the restroom but left her purse. So I grabbed her credit card, gave it to the waiter, and said, "Swipe this card now and we'll sign the receipt" He did. We signed her name and paid with her card. When she came back to the table, I told her what I had done and she was so mad at me. She said I had no right to do that and how did I know she can afford dinner like this? I was really pissed then! At first, I felt bad, but when she said that, the bad feeling went away. She left when we got back home and I haven't heard from her since. I don't feel bad though. My husband said we should reimburse her to salvage our relationship, but I really don't care. Am I wrong?
