yourself - você mesmo
Himself - ele mesmo
herself - ela mesma

plural
ourselves - nós mesmos
yourselves - vocês mesmos
themselves - eles mesmos
We use a reflexive pronoun when the same person is both the subject and the object of a sentence - Usamos um pronome reflexivo quando a mesma pessoa é sujeito e objeto de uma frase.
eg.
My friend taught himself Chinese by listening to CDs - Meu amigo aprendeu chinês sozinho ouvindo CDs.
I looked at myself in the mirror and thought I needed to shave - Eu me olhei no espelho e pensei que precisava me barbear.
We can't say 'I looked at me in the mirror.' We must say 'I looked at myself in the mirror.' - Não podemos dizer ''I looked at me in the mirror'. Devemos dizer 'I looked at myself in the mirror'.
