God is inviting you into His presence. But have you accepted His invitation?

Sometimes we become so consumed with life's challenges, unanswered prayers, and our own expectations that we forget something powerful: God wants us to come to Him.

And here's the beautiful part. You don't have to have everything together. You don't need fancy words or a perfect past. You simply need a willing heart.

In this episode, Val Mitchell shares a personal testimony about praying for her son's college tuition. She believed God would provide through a large scholarship, but God had another plan.

Instead of receiving one large financial blessing, she watched God provide each time a tuition bill came due. What she didn't realize was that God wasn't just answering her prayers. He was also teaching her son how to trust Him.

Sometimes God's answer doesn't look like what we expected, but that doesn't mean He hasn't heard us.

In this episode, we'll explore:

• Why God is inviting us to spend time in His presence.
• How to approach God with faith instead of uncertainty.

• How to release shame and accept God's invitation to come closer.

What if the very thing you've been waiting for God to do is also the thing He's using to draw you closer to Him?

The invitation is already there. The question is, will you accept it?

We were created to worship God. But have you ever stopped to consider who—or what—is receiving your worship?

We may not bow before golden statues, but that doesn't mean we haven't allowed something else to take God's place in our hearts.

Could it be your spouse, your children, your career, money, or even ministry?

In this episode, Val Mitchell challenges us to look beyond the traditional meaning of worship and examine where we've placed our deepest devotion.

Through Isaiah 43:21 and Romans 1:25, we discover how easily we can shift our worship from the Creator to the things He created.

Val also shares a personal testimony about the struggle to release control over her son. After exhausting every effort to protect him from making the wrong decisions, God challenged her to do something that wasn't easy—let him go and trust Him.

What happened next transformed their relationship and taught her a powerful lesson about surrender.
