  • IT'S A NO FOR ME!!! (Featuring Tonya White)
    Oct 26 2026

Let me tell y'all something. Just because we clock in at the same place, attend the same meetings, NOT mean we're friends!

Some of y'all have confused being coworkers with being close friends. And that's where the problem starts!

You know my work schedule, but you don't need to know my personal business. We can laugh in the break room, have lunch together, and even support each other professionally. But that doesn't automatically give you access to my life outside of work.

And here's where it gets interesting. Some people want all the benefits of friendship without demonstrating any of the loyalty that comes with it.

They'll smile in your face on Monday, discuss your personal business on Tuesday, and be sitting in the supervisor's office repeating everything you told them by Wednesday!

Now, don't get me wrong. Real friendships CAN develop in the workplace. But everybody you work with is not your friend, and everybody who is friendly does not have friendly intentions.

So today, we're talking about workplace friendships, professional boundaries, fake loyalty, office gossip, and knowing when to say those four beautiful words:

  • IT'S ON THE FLO!!!
    Oct 25 2026

Sometimes the hardest people to heal from are the people who raised you.

Welcome to Loving Them From a Distance — a space for the honest, uncomfortable, and sometimes painful conversations about family, parents, childhood wounds, and the reality of realizing that love doesn't always mean you have to stay close.

We're talking about the things families don't talk about: toxic patterns, generational trauma, emotional neglect, guilt, manipulation, setting boundaries, and the difficult decision to distance yourself from the people you love in order to protect your peace.

Because sometimes, healing means accepting that your parents are human. Sometimes, it means grieving the relationship you wish you had. And sometimes, it means understanding that being family doesn't give someone unlimited access to you.

This isn't about encouraging hate, holding grudges, or pretending family doesn't matter. It's about being honest about the pain, breaking cycles, choosing yourself, and learning that you can love someone without allowing them to continue hurting you.

No judgment. No sugarcoating. Just real conversations, personal truths, and the healing we don't always feel comfortable talking about.

Because you can love them, forgive them, wish them well, and STILL choose distance.

Welcome to the conversations we were taught to keep behind closed doors. ❤️‍🩹

  • CRABS IN A BARREL!
    May 14 2026

Have you ever noticed how sometimes, when one person starts to rise, others pull them back down—intentionally or not? That’s the “Crabs in a Barrel” mentality: a mindset where individuals in a community or group sabotage, envy, or hinder each other’s success instead of celebrating it. In this episode, we dive deep into the psychology behind this phenomenon, explore why it happens in families, workplaces, and social circles, and discuss strategies to break free from it. Whether you’ve experienced it firsthand or want to build more supportive relationships, this episode offers insight, reflection, and actionable tips for lifting yourself—and others—up.
