    How to Overcoming Burnout

We normally think about burnout as an after thought. Once we have overextended ourselves, our health has deteriorated, and we lose motivation to do everyday life. The unfortunate reality is that we have grown accustomed to this way of life. So much so, that we often wear it as a badge of honor, and encourage others to do the same. In this episode of Untherapeutic, Dr. Nic Hardy is joined by Dr. Sana Chaudhry.

    • How do you know when to push through (build resilience) or when something is leading to burnout?
    • What signs of burnout should you pay attention to?
    • What do you do when you "can't" things off of your plate of don't have a good support system?
