About our Guest (In her words):
My name is Leiselle Brown- Mayfield.
I'm 39, and a divorced mom of 3. I've been practicing Aerial Yoga since 2016 and I became certified to teach it in 2020.
I was introduced to the practice as an uncommon way to get a full body workout while really tapping into my body.
I truly enjoy what it allows me in terms of strength, mobility, feminine power, and a solid workout. I also enjoy giving that to others. All ages, sizes, fitness levels.
I have the unique angle of being a plus sized and minority instructor in this practice. Many layers to both of those identities.
