This episode I talk about a new way to think about goals. Achieving goals is not a win/lose. You are either working to achieve them or you aren't. Stopping a goal does not make you a loser or that you can't accomplish anything in your life. It means you have chosen a different priority over whatever goal you were working on. That is okay. If you reflect and feel like it is really important you can work on that goal again.
We need to have more patience with ourselves and give grace when we aren't as fast as achieving something as we originally planned.
